TRANSLATIONS

We are careful what wording we use. A good translation conveys the intended meaning without any ambiguities and/or difficulty. The reader must feel totally at ease with the text s/he is reading. Our translations take into account all of the following:

• target audience (country, age, gender)
• level of education (professional, white-collar, blue-collar, etc.)
• subject being discussed

• Medical devices (IFU)
• Pharmaceutical products (SPCs)
• EU-related texts (laws, calls, regulations, etc.)
• Newsletters
• Instruction manuals
• Tourism brochures/pamphlets
• Website localisation

To ensure maximum consistency, we use the latest state-of-the-art software and hardware, as well as CAT (computer aided translation) tools, such as Trados and SDLX (latest versions). If you prefer, you may send us your current TM (translation memory) so that we can utilise it on a particular job. A discount will be applied if a job/repeat job has repetitions and/or fuzzy matches.
